To reserve a spot at Hamster Lodge™, a deposit equivalent to a one-day boarding fee is mandatory. This deposit becomes non-refundable in any circumstances if the pet owner chooses to cancel the boarding session.

The rest of the amount is due on the first day of boarding.

For bunnies, a RHDV vaccine certificate is required to make a reservation. Vaccination must be at least 2 weeks before arrival.

As our goal is to provide you and your pets with the highest-quality, individualized care in a timely and respectful manner. Last-minute cancellations do affect our clients who need to board their pets.

If boarding is cancelled within 5 days, 50% of the total boarding fee for the entire duration will be billed.

There is no surcharge for hamster, bunny, chinchillas or other small animal pets during holidays. We keep our rates affordable so that every one can board at Hamster Lodge™ anytime.
